IP245 Transparent Sealing Film – 245 mm wide and 250 m long

The transparent IP245 sealing film, which is 245 mm wide and 250 m long, is designed for professional sealing applications in restaurants, catering, institutional food service, meal delivery services, butcher shops, and take-out establishments. The roll is designed for use with appropriately configured IP245 or IP2000 sealing machines and compatible sealing trays.

Technically, it is a heat-sealable, peelable laminated film. The material composition consists of OPA, adhesive, and a PE-based sealing layer.

With a width of 245 mm and a length of 250 m, this variant is designed for wider sealing applications than the IP190 film, which is 190 mm wide.

Before use, the film width, sealing tray, sealing tool, and processing parameters should be coordinated.

Suitable for various sealing tray materials

The sealing film is designed for sealing joints with various packaging materials. These include PP, PS, PVC, A-PET, C-PET, and PET-G.

This means the film can be used for various sealing tray systems, provided that the respective tray and the sealing equipment used are technically compatible.

Peelable transparent laminated film

The transparent design allows the contents of the package to remain visible after sealing. The peelable seal is designed so that the film can be peeled off the edge of the tray after its intended use.

The specific sealing quality depends, among other factors, on the tray material, sealing temperature, pressure, and sealing time.
