How our printing service works
- Consultation and design: Contact us by email and we will get in touch to discuss your requirements. Our team will advise you on the best printing technique and help you create your design.
- Approval proof or approval sample: Before production, you will receive an approval proof or approval sample to ensure that the design meets your expectations.
- Production: We hand over your print orders to our experienced partners who take care of production. By working closely with our suppliers, we guarantee a first-class finish.
Which print documents do we need?
To ensure that your order can be processed quickly, we require the print files in the following formats:
- File formats: PDF, AI or EPS
- Resolution: At least 300 dpi
- Color mode: CMYK for standard printing, Pantone colors for special color requests
- Bleed: 3 mm on each side
Important notes for your print files:
Fonts:
To ensure that your fonts are displayed correctly, we recommend embedding the fonts used directly in the PDF file. If the font is not available, please convert it into curves (paths). This will prevent the font from being replaced by another font during printing.
Bleed / bleed allowance:
If your design is to be printed borderless, it is necessary to create a bleed. This area of 2-3 mm ensures that all graphics, backgrounds and images that extend to the edge are displayed correctly even after trimming. Without this bleed, flashes could occur, resulting in unclean white border areas if the print is not cut precisely.
For thermal transfer printing, we require high-resolution PNG or JPEG files as well as precise details of the print position and size on the woven bags or reusable containers.
