Full-time internal sales representative (m/f/d)

Nette GmbH is a medium-sized, owner-managed family business with locations in northern and central Germany. We are passionate about selling sustainable packaging solutions for the out-of-home market and the food retail trade (LEH) on a daily basis. Our focus is on high-quality reusable and disposable packaging for take-away and delivery, for food and beverages.

We are looking for the next possible date for our Hamburg (Glinde) location.

Your tasks:

  • You take orders and record them in our merchandise management program
  • You will conduct consultations and sales talks on the phone
  • You will support our sales representatives
  • You create customer-specific offers and follow them up
  • You ensure the satisfaction of our customers on a daily basis

Your qualifications:

  • completed commercial vocational training
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and enjoy consulting and sales
  • a friendly and convincing manner
  • A sure instinct and active listening skills
  • very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • good IT skills required (MS Office, merchandise management systems, etc.)

You can start with us from August 2026!

Management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d)
Optionally with the IHK additional qualification "European businesswoman/man" (f/m/d)

We are Nette, the packaging partner for trade and industry with locations in Göttingen, Hamburg, Braunschweig, Erfurt and Leipzig.

During your training, you will work in all departments and get to know the different areas of our company, including

  • Purchasing
  • Sales
  • Web store
  • Financial accounting
  • Logistics
  • You will acquire comprehensive specialist and product knowledge and
  • learn how to advise customers and conduct sales talks
  • You will familiarize yourself with the preparation and processing of quotations and orders
  • and can take part in trade fairs, among other things

You have these requirements:

  • Secondary school leaving certificate, advanced technical college certificate or high school diploma
  • Enjoy contact with people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Duration and type of training:

  • 3 years (can be shortened to 2.5 years if the requirements are met)
  • Practical work in the company and theory at vocational school (1-2 times a week depending on the year of training)
  • Optionally with the IHK additional qualification "European Business Management Assistant" (f/m/d); this additional qualification is certified by the IHK Hanover and is aimed at commercial trainees who want to qualify for the global job market
