This unprinted aluminum sealing film, 245 mm wide and 250 m long, is designed for professional sealing applications in the restaurant industry, catering, institutional food service, meal delivery, and food processing.

The film has a thickness of 30 µm and consists of a multilayer structure with aluminum, a topcoat, and a heat-seal coating. It is supplied on a roll and is intended for direct contact with suitable foods.

245 mm width for professional sealing applications

With a roll width of 245 mm and a length of 250 m, this variant is suitable for commercial packaging processes using sealing equipment and sealing trays designed for this purpose.

Before use, the film width, sealing tray, sealing tool, and processing parameters should be coordinated with one another.

Multi-layer structure with aluminum

The sealing film has a technical structure consisting of a topcoat, aluminum, and a heat-seal coating. The aluminum forms the film’s central functional layer.

This version is unprinted and is therefore suitable for applications where no design or printing on the lid film is required.

For suitable food applications

The aluminum sealing film is intended for direct contact with aqueous and fatty foods as well as dairy products.

For food contact, it is intended for use at a maximum of 20 °C for up to six months. In addition, deep-freezing down to −18 °C is possible. Short-term temperature exposures up to 70 °C for 2 hours or up to 100 °C for 15 minutes are also covered.
