1,000-ml Cardboard Sealed Tray for Larger Portions

The undivided hard paper sealable container with a 1,000 ml capacity is ideal for larger individual portions in restaurants, catering, institutional food service, meal delivery, and takeout. With dimensions of 230 × 170 × 40 mm, it offers ample space for main courses and heartier meals.

The tray is made of hard paper with a C-PET coating. The paper-based tray body is complemented by a functional PET layer designed for food contact and various temperature ranges.

1,000 ml for main courses and larger portions

With a capacity of 1,000 ml, this version is intended for applications requiring more volume than the 710-ml version. The undivided interior offers space for single-serving meals and larger portion sizes.

It is suitable, for example, for main courses, prepared meals, meat dishes, side dish combinations, or similar applications in the restaurant industry and institutional food service.

Hard paper with C-PET coating

The sealable tray is designed for contact with dry, aqueous, acidic, alcoholic, and fatty foods.

Depending on the application, long-term storage at room temperature or below—including refrigerated and frozen storage—as well as hot filling are possible. The composite material is also designed for high-temperature applications up to 220 °C for a maximum of one hour.

Undivided tray for flexible meal portions

The one-piece design offers a continuous usable surface and is therefore suitable for dishes that are not to be portioned into separate compartments. For meals with separate components, a two-piece hard paper sealable tray is also available within the series.
