R808G Aluminum Meal Tray, 2-compartment, deep – 227 × 177 × 39 mm

Deep, 2-compartment aluminum meal tray for main course and side dish

The R808G aluminum meal tray, with two separate compartments, measures 227 × 177 × 39 mm and offers more interior height than the shallower versions in the same product line. This makes it particularly suitable for complete meal portions with a main course and side dish in restaurants, snack bars, cafeterias, catering, meal delivery services, and takeout.

The two compartments have capacities of approximately 550 ml and 400 ml. This allows, for example, meat or vegetable dishes to be portioned separately from rice, potatoes, pasta, or other side dishes.

Two compartments for separate food components

The fixed divider ensures that the main course and side dish are kept in separate sections. This makes the tray particularly suitable for standardized menus and establishments that want to clearly portion recurring food components.

Compared to an undivided meal tray, the two-compartment design offers a clearly defined layout without requiring a third food component to be planned separately.

Deep design with a height of 39 mm

The 39-mm height provides more space for bulkier dishes and larger portion sizes than the shallower 30-mm version. This makes the R808G particularly suitable for dishes that require a higher fill level.

The aluminum tray is suitable for contact with food and can be used for both hot and cold dishes. It is also suitable for chilled and frozen applications.
