The bag is made of brown kraft paper weighing 80 g/m² and is PE-coated on the inside. The viewing window allows the contents to be seen. A packaging unit contains 1,000 pieces and is intended for businesses with a regular need for block-bottom bags for their merchandise.

Additional bag height for suitable product portions

The 24-cm-high format offers more space lengthwise than the 19-cm-high version. It can be selected for product portions where a width of 8 cm and a base depth of 5 cm are sufficient, but additional filling or sealing height is required.

The actual suitable filling quantity depends on the size, volume, and shape of the product. No universal filling weight for tea, spices, or confectionery can be derived from these dimensions.

Specialty tea and spice shops can select the block-bottom pouch for appropriately sized product portions. Farm stores and specialty food shops can also use this format for suitable dry goods or confectionery.

The see-through window allows customers to view the packaged contents. The block bottom makes it easier to stand the bag upright during filling and product display. For labeling, a suitable product label can be affixed to the kraft paper exterior.

Material and Food Contact

The bag is made of brown kraft paper on the outside and has a PE inner coating. According to the product specifications, PET is used for the see-through window.

The packaging is therefore not a pure paper bag. When used for food, the approved contact conditions for the item and the properties of the respective contents must be taken into account. No specific aroma, fat, or moisture barrier is guaranteed.
