The transparent PP cup with a 520 ml capacity is ideal for larger portions of pre-packaged food at deli counters, self-service areas, and in the foodservice industry. With a diameter of 95 mm and a height of 118 mm, the slim, tall cup design offers plenty of volume while taking up minimal space.

This makes the round cup ideal for deli salads, spreads, pickled foods, sauces, desserts, and other pre-portioned dishes. The transparent polypropylene (PP) allows for a direct view of the contents and supports a clear product presentation.

Tamper-evident closure for pre-packaged foods

This 520-ml version is designed for use with a tamper-evident closure. When used with the matching lid, it is possible to see whether the package has already been opened. This is particularly practical for pre-packaged goods in grocery stores and self-service areas.

The lid is not included. The PP lid , item no. 48951, is compatible with this cup. When used with this lid, the cup can be sealed to be liquid- and airtight.

For various foods and processing steps

The cup is designed for contact with various types of food. These include, among others, dry, aqueous, acidic, dairy-based, and fatty foods, as well as alcoholic foods, within the intended conditions of use.

It is also designed for hot filling at temperatures between 85 and 95 °C. For brief heating, the cup-and-lid system can be used in the microwave at temperatures up to 100 °C for a maximum of 15 minutes.
