Brown paper shopping bags, 32+21.5 x 27 cm, with an extra-wide bottom

Brown paper shopping bags, 32+21.5 x 27 cm, with an extra-wide bottom

These brown paper shopping bags, measuring 32+21.5 x 27 cm, feature an exceptionally wide side gusset. With a depth of 21.5 cm, this design offers significantly more space for wide and flat packages than classic paper shopping bags with narrower side gussets. This makes them particularly suitable for goods that need to be stored as horizontally as possible with ample space inside the bag.

The compact height of 27 cm, combined with a width of 32 cm and the large side gusset, results in a rather wide bag shape. This design is ideal, for example, for cake packaging, pastry boxes, deli packaging, or other retail packaging with a larger base area.

Extra-wide side gusset for cake boxes and flat packaging

The main advantage of this carrier bag is its 21.5 cm wide side gusset. When opened, this creates generous depth, offering more space for wider boxes and packages than many traditional flat-handle bags.

Especially when it comes to cakes, cake slices, pastries, or other delicate products, a bag that’s wide enough can make handling easier during the handoff. This format also offers additional flexibility for deli trays, takeout containers, or multiple flat products.

For bakeries, pastry shops, and food retail

The paper carrier bag is suitable for contact with food and can therefore be used in bakeries, pastry shops, cafés, farm stands, delicatessens, and other retail settings.

The brown, unprinted version can be combined neutrally with various packaging designs. Thanks to its wide shape, this variant is particularly suitable for businesses that need a solution for items with a larger base area in addition to classic shopping bags.
