The white PK4 XPS meal box, measuring 240 × 205 × 69 mm, offers a generous amount of space for complete meals. The interior is completely undivided, allowing for flexible use with various main dishes and side dishes.

This size is particularly well-suited for snack bars, cafeterias, restaurants, food trucks, delivery services, and catering businesses that portion out hot meals for pickup, delivery, or immediate consumption outside the home.

Undivided interior for flexible meal portions

Since there are no fixed compartments, the entire interior surface is available for customizing the meal’s composition. This allows the main course and side dishes to be arranged freely according to the respective portion size.

The wide base is suitable, for example, for rice and pasta dishes, meat or vegetable dishes, paella, and other classic lunch and snack options.

Unlaminated XPS meal box for hot foods

The meal box is made of extruded polystyrene (XPS) and is not laminated. The lightweight material has heat-insulating properties and is suitable for professional takeout service.

The box can be used for hot foods up to 90 °C as well as for cold, liquid, acidic, and fatty foods.

The meal box is not suitable for use in microwaves, conventional ovens, or infrared/multi-purpose ovens. At temperatures below 0 °C, XPS can become brittle and may crack or break under mechanical stress.
