Brown Frischpack 25 × 37.5 cm – 1/8 sheet

The brown Frischpack in the 25 × 37.5 cm size is ideal for medium-sized portions in professional counter service. The paper, with a basis weight of 40 g/m², is laminated on the food-contact side with a 6 µm-thick PE/HDPE layer.

The 1/8-sheet size offers a practical intermediate size for meat, sausage, cheese, and deli products. This makes this variant particularly suitable for butcher shops, meat counters, cheese and deli counters, farm stands, and direct sellers.

Suitable for food contact

Frischpack is suitable for food contact. The HDPE layer on the food-contact side supports the use of the paper in professional counter sales.

Specific suitability for a given food product should be assessed based on the product’s characteristics as well as the intended storage, transport, and usage conditions.

1/8 sheet for medium-sized counter portions

Measuring 25 × 37.5 cm, this variant offers more packaging space than the smaller 1/16 sheet while remaining more manageable than the large 1/4 sheet. It is suitable, for example, for medium-sized portions of meat and sausage, cheese slices, and deli items.

The Frischpack can be flexibly wrapped around various product shapes during counter service, making it suitable for workflows with varying portion sizes.

Brown Frischpack with PE/HDPE inner layer

The material structure consists of brown paper on the outside and a PE/HDPE layer on the side that comes into contact with food. As a result, the Frischpack combines a paper-based exterior with a functional interior for use at the deli counter.
