Thanks to their high stability, the aluminum trays are ideal for everyday professional use. They are heat-resistant up to 250 °C in the oven, microwave-safe up to a maximum of 15 minutes (please follow the instructions of the respective microwave manufacturer), freezer-safe and 100% recyclable. The bowls are not suitable for heavily salted foods.
